• You agree that fingerprint moulds can be retained by Signature-Prints for up to one year.  If you do not wish the fingerprint moulds used to complete your order to be retained you must specifically advise Signature-Prints at the time of your order.
• All information provided to Signature-Prints is completely confidential and will never be shared with third parties.
• All signature-Prints jewellery is hand-made and no two pieces are identital, even a pair of 'matching' cufflinks!  Some pieces may contain marks or 'flaws' but this is just part of their hand-made charm.

  All Signature-Prints jewellery is personalised to your requirements.  Unfortunately, we can therefore only accept returned items when an error has been made by Signature-Prints.  In this case please advise us within 7 days of receipt of your jewellery.
• All jewellery made by Signature-Prints is not currently Hallmarked by The Assay Office as they fall under the legal weight threshold for Hallmarking. 
• From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
• Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
